- Incoterms and who carries the risk on each leg of the route.
- The manufacturer’s warranty terms and their scope, fixed in the contract.
- Acceptance criteria: what exactly counts as a non-conformity, and what happens next.
- Permits and EAEU/CU TR certification required to put the equipment into service.
Cost
