Installation and start-up

Delivered equipment is not yet a working solution. Installation, tuning for the actual task and a trained team stand between the two.

When you need this

  • The equipment is already on site and needs to be put into service.
  • It needs to be integrated with existing systems or a production line.
  • Staff have not worked with this equipment before and need training.

How the work runs

  1. We check the delivered equipment against the contract specification for completeness.

  2. We install it and connect it to your systems — power, networks, the production line.

  3. We configure it for your task and test it under load.

  4. We train staff: operating modes, maintenance, what to do if something goes wrong.

Commissioning is usually where it becomes clear that equipment does not fit the real conditions on site: a different voltage, a different throughput on the neighbouring line, different material requirements. Our job is to find that during setup — not after the equipment has been standing idle for a year.

Staff training

Working equipment with no trained staff behind it is equipment that will eventually stop because of an operating mistake. Training is therefore not an optional extra but part of the start-up itself: operators need to understand not just how to switch the system on, but how to maintain it and what to do when something goes wrong.
