Supplier and equipment selection
We analyse the task, compare manufacturers worldwide and select a solution that fits your budget and technical requirements.
Equipment that has arrived but cannot be put into service because a certificate is missing is not rare. Permits are prepared in advance, not after the cargo lands.
We classify the equipment by HS code and work out the certification requirements before the contract with the plant is signed.
We agree the route and mode of transport — sea, rail or road — on lead time, cost and risk.
We arrange transport, cargo insurance and customs clearance.
We obtain the conformity certificates and declarations needed to put the equipment into service.
Classifying the equipment by HS code and settling the form of conformity assessment happens while the contract is being agreed, not after the cargo reaches customs. That gives us time to align the invoice and packing-list wording with the plant so it matches the code, and to prepare the certification paperwork in parallel with production.
Most industrial equipment requires conformity assessment against the Customs Union's technical regulations. Which form it takes — a declaration of conformity or a certificate — depends on the equipment type, and we settle that in advance so every document is ready by the time the cargo arrives, rather than being rushed at the last moment.
